Our BCBAs deliver exceptional support and care to all clients.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)/practical functional assessment (PFA) and skill-based assessments
- Design and monitor implementation of client programs
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®)
- Support family and/or school implementation of client programs
- Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families.
- Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence and Reliability for our staff and families
Qualifications for a BAYADA BCBA®:
- Certified BCBA® or BCBA-D® in good standing
- Must obtain Hawaii behavior analyst license prior to start date
